I am a PhD student from Bangladesh. My research focuses on the interplay of B vitamins between the prototrophic and auxotrophic microorganisms in the marine environment. I am also interested to know, apart from the genetic composition, what other environmental factors impact the vitamin cycling between the prototrophic and auxotrophic microorganisms. My study also aims to understand how these interactions are affecting the marine microbial community in broader perspective.
